Subscription Cancelations with PayPal Payments Pro

When using subscriptions in the PayPal Payments Pro Add-On, they can only be canceled when either viewing the form entry from inside the admin or from directly within PayPal. Currently, users are not able to cancel their own subscriptions. Subscription cancelations will need to be manually processed by a site admin.
